Such great finds! And held at a funeral home, that would have definitely upped my curiosity factor...love the picture of the ladies in the long dresses from your FB page!

ReplyDeleteAn apron, vintage pillow cases, great cook book, oh my, you found some wonderful items! You are very lucky to have so many sales in your area that have such wonderful items. Congrats.
ReplyDeleteDid someone pick up the pretty pink birth announcements at your shop? They were so cute that I remember them fondly.
Love the guide to the perfect funeral. Ironic that there are "deviled eggs" on the cover. He he he

ReplyDeleteI love that book about hosting the perfect southern funeral. Too funny.
ReplyDeleteYou scored lot's of great finds. Love the soup tureen. I have been on the hunt for one - and scored two this week.
ReplyDeleteDo you know what the glass rectangular container is for (the chipped one)? I bought the same thing at a sale yesterday but it had belonged to the guy's mother and he didn't know what it was intended for either. Just curious!
ReplyDeleteI like it all, the New York stuff is really cool.

ReplyDeleteI have a basket just like that one (of course it came from a junk sale!) I worn if mine is a shelton, too?
You did good! I also love that red flower print. It's amazing.
ReplyDeleteI can't say that I have ever been to a rummage sale at a funeral home. You certainly found some great things.
