So here is my big purchase from yesterday's estate sale. My oldest son John and I got it unloaded this morning. He says "What a piece of Junk". I'll let you be the judge, I see endless possibilities with this. So what do you think - piece of junk or rusty treasure? Would you have bought it?
Hoping I can find some more trays, going to the Scott Antique show in November and hoping I can find some there. There is a vendor who has two buildings full of industrial salvage so maybe I'll get lucky!
Linking up to Junker Newbie - Would you buy it Wednesday
Call it junk, if you want, but it will make a great display piece in your booth! Thanks for stopping by my blog....I'm your newest follower because I want to see what else you find!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely not junk, great for shelving and hanging things from.
ReplyDeleteVery cool piece. I would've bought it. There's all kinds of potential there. Kids! They'll learn! Thanks for stopping by Cottage and Creek.

Wow, love the patina on that shelving. I think you will really enjoy it.
ReplyDeleteFirst thanks for visitng my blog
ReplyDeleteSecond tell your son he is wrong
that is not junk
I can see that in a kitchen filled with white ironstone dishes
or pilled up with books decorating books and cookbooks
Well, I wouldn't buy it only because I don't have a place for it. However, if I had a shop...then absolutely!
ReplyDeleteI'd have snatched it up for my green house and if I used it in the house I would spray paint it a tiffany box blue. Is that a no no? oops...Love it
ReplyDeleteEndless possibilities for sure!
ReplyDeleteI would have bought it for my garage Great find
