Moving Back In

Just before Christmas I ripped up all the carpet upstairs and had hardwood flooring put down. I love it! However, my house has been a disaster for quite a while now and I am so ready to get things back to normal. I am really trying to take my time with decorating my Sewing Room/Etsy Shop/Studio/Office and not rush things. Sometimes I have to move things around until it looks just right to me. Anyway, here is peak at the floors.

I just love them. I did have to go back and paint the trim after they finished (I took the pictures before I painted the trim).

So today I have been working on unpacking some of my stuff and trying to get things back in order.

I haven't really posted much lately on my junking adventures (Dec and Jan are usually slow for me) but have no fear I am still junking. I have picked up a treasure or two over the past couple of weeks.

My Etsy shop has been doing well, but I have not had a lot of time to list over the past couple of months. Most of this will go to Etsy but I am keeping the little chenille chick (he is adorable),

Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend!

  4. Your floors look great! I just ripped up carpet in my bedroom and stained the concrete to match the other in my house. Now only one bedroom has carpet left! Awesome finds too! Blessings, Cecilia
